If you see a flash movie that you really want there is an easy way to get it. Open up Firefox. Wait for the movie to load completely. Then go to Tools->Page Info->Media. Scroll down to where it has an embedded object, then click save as. Now you have that moive on your computer.

Cool you can steal avatars and if you really want the Online Now image on your pc, you can do that.
