My girlfriend just dumped me the other day. I have never liked a girl as much as I like her. She cheated on me, flirted with other guys, and then she didn’t even have the courage to tell me. I found out through one of her friends. She said all this stuff to me and I though she meant it but I no know she was just telling me lies.
She is hanging out with this other guy named justin. The fair is going to be here this week and I know i’m going and I know they are going. Last night she told me to call her but I was unable to call for a whole hour. I called her back and justing picked up and started acting like a tough guy. I told him if i see him at the fair today he is going to wish he was never born. This kid is an asshole by definition.
Since she dumped me i have woke up and felt like shit. I get that really really nervous feeling deep inside my stomach and I can’t eat and I want to throw up. I can’t get her off my mind. And I need to know two things.
1. HOW THE FUCK DO I STOP THINKING ABOUT HER ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE SAYS THERE IS STILL A CHANCE FOR US TO GET BACK TOGETHER?!?!?
2. I don’t really need to know about this but is it worth beating the shit out of justin? I have plans to do it anyway but why should I not?
That is the very short story. I have to go and when I get back from soccer i’ll tell you the rest.
PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER FELT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO

Oh and I want to slit the fuck out of my wrist but I know that will not help. And I CAN’T EAT ANYTHING! THE THOUGHT OF FOOD MAKES ME WANT TO THROW UP. Please please please please help, this is the worst feeling in the world and I don’t know what to do.

You should just try to do stuff that will get your mind off of her. What do you like to do? Just do what you like to do to keep your mind off of her. If you smoke, smoke a bowl or two. Just do whatever you can to keep your mind somewhere else.

Hey buddy im sorry i havnt been around much, work has me busy.
I hope everything about this situation is better now.
If its not, let me know and we can talk more.
As to your questions, i say NO, do not get back together with her because she cheated on you once and she’ll probably do it again.
You dont need that kind of pain in your life.
Secondly, if you want to keep your mind off her, then go out and do shit with your friends, meet new girls and try to have fun.
The pain wont go away completely but it will less-in over time ok.
