hi im planing on making a buggy for bush use and would reli apreciate it if anyone could add some tips on plans and wat kind of steel to use thx.
by the way im not sure weather to use a 250cc engine or larger id also liek tips 4 this thx

why dont you just use some 1.5in. square steel pipe and cut and weld it..... im sure you could find some plans on google.

I made one several years ago out of normal 1" pipe and braced it fairly well,,it was great and never had any structural problems at all.It had a VW engine in it.

I use angle for most of my projects, you can always find a broke one and rebuild it with some new customations.
