To all the chefs of RE!! in your opinion, is baking the same thing as cooking? or is it different? In my personal opinion, they are the same thing and that baking is a different category of cooking. You still use an oven and everything else. I’d like to hear what everyone thinks

hmm well baking is more pastrys and doiugh while cooking can be meat and more savoury dishes so yes they are different
