Ive tried WILD techniques a couple of times, and ive had two problems. One, when the hallucinations start, my eyes move extremely fast and jerk around, and that annoys me. Anyone able to help with that? And second, i was wonding if occasionally swalling the spit that builds up in my mouth will have an effect on it, because i feel that that movement may prevent me from having a WILD. Thanks

holy shit bro i made a topic about this on this same forum read it (actually no one answered but i just wanted to mention that i have the same problem)
anyways i have a question for you. Since my first wild experience which ended with my twitching eyes, i cant seem to get those vivid hallucinations again. I just go into sleep paralysis and i just never make it past that.

Yea, i have the same problem monkey, I think that if i find out an answer to these two problems that i have, then i will be able to do it again. And Garg, WILD is a technique used where you get your body to fall asleep, but stay concious while hallucinations and dreams occur, so you are lucid the whole time. Its pretty cool

OOhhh ok, i know what your talking about.
i have a dream book that i bought ages ago and since i read it all the way through ive had the scariest dreams ever.
i sometimes wish i had never read that book.
I mean there is good stuff that i get, cause my whole side of my dads family are receivers and know when shits gonna happen before it does.

yes, it is ok to swallow the saliva that builds up in your mouth. just try not to focus on that action you are preforming. and as far as the jittery, fast moving eyes go, thats the beginning of the WILD. just dont focus on it and let it happen.
