tonight I’m not gonna use my regular WBTB but im going to try the WILD technique for the first time (shockig, i know).
Any tips for me?
Oh here’s a tip for WBTB, dont use a noisy alarm clock because it will really ruin your thoughts.
You want to wake up gently. So before you go to bed drink a whole bottle of water and if your body works like everyone elses, you’ll have to go take a piss. Therefore waking you up :)
