The only thing impressive about it was the price.

Rating: 1/5 (customer service: 0/5)
Price paid: ~$600.00

Not only is it slow, the core tends to overheat, the charger cord tends to break at the connection that goes inside the computer, the transformer tends to burn out, the battery life is shit, and as for support, they suck.

I sent mine back to the manufacturer awhile back, and they fixed the charger issue at the time, but then when I got it back, the right speaker was blown. The best part about the customer service is that they send you a box of foam pads to ship it back with. That piece of foam is currently my mouse pad.

fuck, the screen smashed on mine and is running slow like a mother fucker... no wait it has a VIRUS on it!
Oh well. dont buy from Gateway, they suck!
