Sticky running contests
Unsticky completed contests
Update counters on the main page.
Determine need and elegibility for moderators.
Shoot the shit with people and get them to join.

NEW RULE: Check all contests for "Invisible" or background color text that will affect the judgement or outcome of a contest. If anything is in question, you need not question the author, simpally delete the topic.
