My sister’s boyfriend used to play hockey so he got some of his old sticks and he’s teaching me stuff :D. It’s awesome. He showed me a bunch of dekes but I’m not good at any of those yet. My snap shot is lousy, my wrist shot is getting better, but I have a wicked slap shot. He had a goalie stick but no pads so we ended up taping a small tv tray to my arm haha. Thank god we just use tennis balls until we get pads. We’re gonna go half on the pads soon. It really sucks I wont get to be on a team but its fun just messing around.

I’ve played hockey for 8 years, it is easily the funnest sport I have ever played, just hella boring to watch. It is really hard when you first start, especially when you’re doing it on ice, but so fun!

field hockey or ice hockey ?
i used to play field hockey and the other teams would never wear any protection so every so often id wack one in the shins. my team won every game.
played ice hockey once and didn’t really like it.

You’re crazy, I love watching it. If i had cable i dont think I’d ever leave the house i’d be watching so many games.
