To get full sized renders from that site you have register, but that’s for pussies. Here’s a way to do it without being a pussy:
First, go here and use the search feature.
I searched for a "Joker" render and I’ll be using this render.
After you find your render click the thumb-nail, and then Right Click the render you wanted.
Go to Copy Image Adress or something simialr and then paste it into your adress bar.
Before you hit Enter you’ll have to delete the "normal_"

Now all you have to do is hit Enter or Go and you’ll get your render!
