As you know making and obtaining fireworks and other pyrotechnics isn’t the easiest thing in Australia. I thought that it would be a good idea for our group to share some of the sources and stuff that you make.
I have a few types of fireworks such as KO2O3’s and bottle-rockets which I get from a mate in Newcastle. I also make Co2 bombs except getting Co2 cartridges is getting harder as I only have one local source. I also make sparkler bombs (no little shit), and my mates and I normally get bout $50 worth, tying them all together and wrapping in al-foil.
I’ve also made several pipe bombs using black powder that I got from a local stump remover bloke, but since his moved, I normally make aerosol bombs from butane cans.
I also have a combustion orange gun (or spudgun) which shoots about 350m made from ABS piping. That’s about it. It would be great to hear from you others and to see what you’ve been up to.

I’ve got a spudgun to, but its only made from pringle cans, i got the idea off brainiac. Its got a range of nearly 150m.
I also have 2kg of gunpowder that i got from a friend down in Orange. I used to have a stack of fireworks, but now i only have a few Roman candles left which im saving for the new year.
Hey, does anyone know of anywhere that you can buy sparklers wholesale?

Have you tried asking managers of stores like Woolworths or Coles? They might tell you who their wholesaler is or give you some info.

Yeah i’ve asked all the shops in the area and they wouldn’t tell me. They probably want me to buy through them so they make money.

Try looking online. If you search for the sparkler company, they would most likely have a site. They might have details there.

Im am getting Nitric acid and tear gas, i have roughly 500 grams of BP, 4 1/2 kilos of kno3, a heap of sulphur and i am getting 1300 mesh aluminium powder for flash. I also have about 40 grams of Potassium Permaganate.

i just get lucky ever now and then and land some decent chemicals but i do have a friend who i won’t name because he is one paranoid mofo, i get nitric acid and tear gas from him, this kid is totally crazy he made nitroglycerin when HE WAS IN YEAR 4!!! then he made dynamite with it!!! Also fireless gives me a hand with my flash which i made today!

Anyone know where i could get some Potassium Nitrate. Also if anyone would be prepared to sell me some, i live in Sydney.
