I’ve been smoking weed since I was 16 and I’ve always gotten some kind of buzz but lately it seems that if I do get high, I am still able to do things without tripping out. For example, yesterday my friend and I smoked a 3 gram blunt to ourselves and I only got high for probably 15-30 minutes. This is pretty much what led me to ask you guys how much it takes you to get high. Discuss...

Well I haven’t smoked bud for almost 6 months now, but before I quit it would take me about 4-5 bowls to really feel anything, no matter the quality of the buds, which is one of the many reasons I quit. Now it would probably not even take a hit of shitty bud to get high.

try quitting for a week, then using a bong with a blow torch.
- o for me, it takes hardly anything to get baked, cuz i only smoke like twice a month and im 16.

Tolerance and size make a huge difference in how much it takes. I’m 5’10", 200ish, and it depends on the piece.
That sounds stupid, but serious. If I fuck up a bong, maybe three or four bowls. A joint, maybe one full J will get me, but I roll them so they look like cigarettes without the butts. Huge fucking Js. But I have this little metal bat, two of those and I’m beyond good. I don’t understand it.

im so fukin happy i have a low tolerance...ill take 2-3 hits n get fuked up and i have 1/4 of a pound so tht shit lasts 4ever

I used to be a hella light weight as well, but even when I used to get oz’s and qp’s they still went by fast, I just never stopped smoking until I passed out. I can’t just take a few hits now, and a few hits later, when I have weed you best believe I’ll be smoking it.

It takes me 3-4 bowls to get a really good high going. I realized when i first started smoking I was really twitchy and jittery and couldn’t control my laughter. Now I can smoke as much as i want and come home sit with my parents and have a conversation with them without them even knowing im high.

but lately ive started become less affected by it.

Depends on how potent it is. If it’s algebra potent then it takes the whole book but a few chapters in calculus and I’m flying high.
