Series best out of 7
Games for the East
(1) Boston
vs.
(8) Atlanta
(2) Detroit
vs.
(7) Philadelphia
(3)Orlando
vs.
(6)Toronto
(4)Cleveland
vs.
(5)Washington
West
(1)Los Angeles
vs.
(8)Denver
(2)New Orleans
vs.
(7)Dallas
(3)San Antonio
vs.
(6)Phoenix
(4)Utah
vs.
(5)Houston
This should be an interesting first round, especially for the West. My predictions to make it to the second round goes as:
East
Boston, Detroit, Orlando and Cleveland
That’s easy, but it’s a bit more dificult for the west.
Los Angeles, New Orleans, Phoenix (upset) and Utah

If you look at the seeds, it definitely is.

AND Utah vs. Houston is a toss up, the Rockets are just too inconsistent and Utah has the best home record in the NBA, and they’re playing 4 out of 7 there, if they go that far.

Bumping.
90 Day Ban.
I enjoy the Raptors, always have, too bad Vince is gone.
He made them a bit more exciting.
Orlando however is less than 2 hours from me, and they’re the better team, so can you blame me?

I really like the Jazz but I dont have alot of faith in them right now. One game they play awesome. And the next game they get worked. I am with you about Boston though.

I love Cleveland.Cleveland all the way! They still might have enough gas to pull out another championship ring.

About Boston being such a young team, But I sure am impressed with Garnet. But its going to take a lot of team work for them to pull off a championship this year. And what about the Pistons? I have never been a pistons fan so I don’t know what to think about them losing there first game. Fill me in on the Pistons are the championship worthy?

I am a Jazz Fan all the way (ya ya I know) But I really hope that they don’t end up having to play the Lakers. I just don’t think they can get past them. As it stands right now thats who they will play after they finish of the rockets.

Pistons are definitely a championship worthy team.
I mean they are nothing spectactular, but they get it done.
They had the second best record in the NBA, they’ve been there and won it (I’m not sure how many but at least once). Any team that has been to their conference championship 5 years running has their shit together. And as of now they are creaming the 76ers, by 20+.
The Jazz are a great team though, Deron Williams is a bigger version of Chris Paul. They will be an elite in the next couple of years, mark my words. They are a young team as well.
Personally I hope it goes Lakers vs. Cleveland in the finals.
Lebron lights it up in the playoffs, and in my opinion can light up Kobe.
Something that NEVER happens.
Either way this has turned out already a good first round!

Personally I am upset with the Suns.
They have potential, just lack the consistency to perform in the clutch.
I hate San Antonio, boring team to watch, but they definitely know how to come out on top when the buzzer goes.

Ya I really wanted the suns to do better then they have been doing. Your right about the Jazz being a young team. I feel that’s in there favor though.

The Jazz are young in the sense of playoff experience, which is never a good thing in the playoff’s, but when you get down to it, it’s basketball. They’ve been doing it their whole lives, and a little nerves won’t affect the outcome too much.
It is good for them though if they get into a full game sprint against a team like the Suns, Celtics, Houston or Dallas who have seen their best days pass them a while back.
