I’m pretty sure that in order to successfully ignite the
combustion chamber it requires some form of flammable gas like hair spray.
But somehow mine doesn’t work,I’ve heard that it also require
another ingredient,wee bit of air(oxygen),for the combustion.
Now is that true?If it is,is there anyway to refill the chamber
with air in the fastest and least troublesome way?

did you spray like half the hairspray bottle cus you only need to spray for like 1 and a half seconds

My Spud Gun worked perfectly in the first shot.But the second
failed it didn’t combust.I left it aside for a while and returned to try it out again.Strangely, it worked! launching the piece of eraser about 10 feet.So i suspect that it requires air(oxygen).

a problem i had was after allot of use some weird sticky stuff started to form in the combustion chamber i think it was hairspray thou.

you can add a chamber fan th blow it all out. or u can just blow into it to air it out. or carry a portable fan and blow it into it. u r right it is just lacking oxygen.

Yeah the sticky stuff is hairspray,i recommend deoderant smells good and cheaper.
toastmaster,wouldn’t blowing into the chamber be carbon dioxide?Yeah the fan sounds like a pretty good idea but kinda hard to make,maybe with computer fans.

Sorry double post.
Actually,I’ve this great new idea of spun gun sniper rifle type -you know those sniper guns that reloads after each shots- This is the very basic sketch that i made,well theres
alot more to it.According the picture,is there anyway to allow air(oxygen) to enter the chamber?
