~~What You Shouldn’t Post~~
Here in the GD, we are open to discussion on a huge array of topics. From stories, to news, we accept almost
anything. But even here we have some rules.
We are NOT your personal army.
So you got beat up at school, and now you want your fellow RottenEggers to exact your revenge, and Email, Phone, and
generally harass your enemy from afar? I think not.
Despite how much we love hearing about how you got punched out by the big mean bully, We don’t want to be dragged into your
conflicts, so please don’t try and make us. Not only that, but posting personal information, of any kind, is a bannable
offense. So keeping your quarrels off the General Discussion is a must.
We are NOT the Sandbox.
Here in the GD, we love a good discussion. Topics with at least some meaning behind them are popular, and tend to get
the most replies. the more you keep the Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages away from the GD the better! If you must post
anything of that sort, you’re better off posting in the
Sandbox. Again, not only does it clutter up
our board, but continuing to post such threads can lead to a ban!
We are NOT a billboard.
So you’ve got a cool shoe for sale on Ebay? Or you’re showing off your new smoke bomb egg? Either way, there’s a
place for that, and it’s not here on the GD. Try Craiglist.
Posting a thread about your new egg is against the rules on ALL boards, and not only that, but it’s a surefire way to get a
nice hefty 0* rating on your new egg! The best way to get your egg seen and liked, is to think of something original and
creative, and make it look nice. If you do that, there won’t be a NEED for an advertisment!

We love discussion
There are endless topics out there that we are more then willing to chat about! Here on RottenEggs, we love stories,
News, and many other meaningful things to chat about. Got a new program you wrote? Show it off! How about a forum game? We
love to play!
Got a question?
Don’t be afraid to ask! Though many questions about RottenEggs itself should be kept to the
New Members Q&A, here in the GD, we are
more then happy to help you with software and hardware problems, helping you find something (make sure you search both the
forums and Google first though!
Following simple little guidelines and rules like these, we can not only clean out the General Discussion, but we can also
bring RottenEggs together like the community it was meant to be!

Slim, this is in here for the nubs smart enough to actually COME here before going straight to the GD, and it’s stickied in the GD as a reminder to all us more expierienced users, aswell as those few nubs who like to jump straight into our little shitstorm =P
