Alright. For the past few years I had a simple 64k ISDN connection. μtorrent and firefox downloaded at like 9Kbps. It’s been a month now that I’ve got ADSL at 2Mbps. Firefox AND LImewire download at about 250Kbps, but μTorrent downloads from 20Kbps to a maximum of 90Kbps at VERY rare occasions. (The Torrents have many peers, so that’s not the problem) I haven;t made any changes to the settings, in case it needs special configuration.

Can anyone help plz?

you might wanna try forwarding your ports, this site has instructions on how to for almost all routers and modems, etc...
