Alright if you have two of the same letters do you have to trade the one that says (extra). Because I have two O’s and the one that says (extra) is 21 points and the other regular O is 278 points. So will it matter if I trade the regular O istead of the one that says (extra)?

That’s what I always do. The extra one will then become the regular one, that counts towards the game.
