ive noticed that this is for new members, but u need to be over level 2 to post... it makes no sense. it should be under 3 to post topics.. or suttin like that it would make more sense

This is to prevent spammers and/or others who will only join for a day from creating accounts and flooding the forums. If someone really wants to be part of the site and forums, they can earn enough egg points to get to lvl 2.
