I’m just going to list off songs that would fit into all of the categories you listed.

"Decoration" or "Hair" by The Early November if you want an upbeat feel and a happy time.

"Maniac (R.O.D.)" By Four Year Strong. I’d say use the end of the song where it keeps building up and the backing vocals go "RISE...OR...DIE! Here at the Top Of The World!" to fit in with the teamwork and or building and working together to accomplish a common goal.

"To Bob Ross With Love" By Gym Class Heroes. It’s off of their first cd, and it probably has one of the best messages I’ve heard of any hip-Hop/Rap song. Just look up the lyrics. Definitely one of my favorite songs of theirs.

"Echoes" or "Goonies Never Say Die!" by Set Your Goals.

"National Anthem" By Less Than Jake

Those are just a few songs I think would work for commercials. I just realized that you don’t need them for the commercial anymore, but if you need to make a commercial similar to what you said in the future, I’d recommend those songs.
