He was already IN JAIL. That’s what slammer means.
If you mean if he’s going to go to prison then probably not. Matters what narcotics he had. However, assault charges aren’t that, you know, serious.

Yo, mothafuckas! My brothah be 16 and shit, and he... Oh, never mind.

Did he actually have the narcotics on him, or was it just in the car? They love to pile on additional charges in cases like this, but would have a hard time proving who owns the drugs.

The assault charges will be harder to explain away, especially if your brother doesn’t have any marks on him. So your brother will likely be goin’ down for dat shit, yo, but hopefully not for too long.
