Blacks’ genetics are very different from those of whites. Their hair is curly, their lips are big, and their noses are wide. Since intelligence is largely hereditary (like you said in another thread), then is it not possible for them to be genetically dumber (for a lack of better words) than whites and other races?
actually, yes. And its even furthered by the fact that blacks were bred for centuries to be strong, not smart. But i dont believe that to be the sole reason. As i said, economics has a lot to do with it. If you adjust for economics, and wait a few generations so blacks will have parents and grandparents with decent educations, then i believe they will still not be up to the intelligence standards of whites, but they will be much closer, and there will be more blacks in the upper levels of intelligence (now, theres pretty much no blacks that have made any real achievements. No great inventions, no innovative theories, nothin. but that will change, to some extent, i believe)
also, whites are not without their evils. The majority of serial killers are white.
And people blame blacks for gangs. Well, 80 years ago, guess what? Irish, Italian, Polish, and other ethnic-white gangs made from poor immigrants roamed the streets of the cities, their members probably considered stupid. It’s just that, for the most part, gangs stayed in one city then. (whereas black gangs like CRIPS have spread across the country). These poor immigrants probably also committed a proportianally large number of crimes. That was our grandparents/great grandparents generation. In fact, some of your grand parents or great grandparents may have been one of those immigrants. Then, for our parents generation, there was a decline in gangs, the only street gangs were local neighborhood gangs that didnt do much. There were still non-street gangs, like the mob, motorcycle gangs, and the Klan (white). I think the blacks are basically just behind us by 80 years or so, and the spics a little more behind them. Soon they will begin to catch up, become wealthier, educated, and stop commiting crimes. They are also still just beginning to recover from the recent crack wars. Hell, they even had a nice, hitler-like genocide recently in Rwanda
Centuries??? Umm, more like less than one century. And even before we started to breed them they were intellectually inferior.

maybe you had a different math course than me, but last i checked, 415 years is NOT less than one century

you missed the point. The crack wars set them back a great deal. Many of them had friends and relatives die in the wars, and they ruined neighborhoods. There has been a decline in crime since then tho, especially in recent years in DC and in large, black cities nationwide. Black IQ scores have been rising as well. Black music is quickly beginning to become the most popular form

you missed the point. Yes, they were violent and barbaric. Uncivilized. Having an organized genocide with guns, as odd as it may sound, is more advanced and civilized than the random tribal killings they used to have.
as i have said, i dont think they will be genetically equal with whites mentally (tho they do seem physically superior), but i dont think the gap is as large as is being demonstrated.
as blacks recieve better education, and get more money, thye will begin to move somewhat closer to whites and asians. And the rest of the genetic differences will begin to become moot, as for the first time in history, mixed race relationships are becoming acceptable (dem damn niggas is stealin our bitches!)
i am sorry my response took time, but, unlike some people, i actually believe facts are important, so i take the time to check mine and do research.

No thats different, they aren’t really blacks.
Anyway, most barbaric and dumb blacks are from the "hood." Not all are dumb but most. But thats the same with every race, some white towns are shitty, and most of the people there are dumb. Not all.
And Africa was more civilized back in the time before the slavery. Also if it wasnt for the slave trade there wouldnt be as many blacks in America.
