Ok, you have to have a new housing development to make it easy on your self. Before any garage doors are put in, you can usually find a garage door opener in a box somewhere in the easy accessable house. Watch for security guards. Find ONE opener and set the dip switches inside to a signal of your choice, something easy. Then on all the new garage door openers, set the signal the same as the opener, and then set the garage door openers that come with the new unit so they work the same. If you do it correctly, you can watch as people move in and pull up to their house and open their new garage, and every garage door in the development opns with there own. This also works with tv’s and universal remote controls, if you can program it to someone’s tv without them knowing.
You also wanna keep one opener to your self with the same signal set in, this way you can have some fun to.
