Pivot can be downloaded free from here
First, open pivot, then then open your animation.
The dimensions have to be set to 500x 500 for best results.Just click options for animation dimensions.
Change the \"save as type\" to \"Animated GIF (*.gif)
Hit save.
This screen should come up. Change \"resize\" to 10% for a 50x50 avatar or 15% for a 100x100 avatar.
All done. YAY!!! Now, just upload it to RE and set it as your default picture.
