First of all, Turn the power OFF to the lights in your house

Do this via the fuse box in your house

Now, Go to a metal light switch in your house
Yes these do exist, even though its stupid.

Yes that is metal

Open the light switch via un-screwing the screws
Duh

Behind the switch should be a Live, Neutral and Earth

The Earth should be connected to the grayish box that you don't normally see.

Un-screw the Earth from this box and put it some were that it doesn't touch any thing.

Put a piece of tape on the end of it to stop it from doing anything if it does touch anything else.

Leave the Neutral alone.

Un-screw the Live and tape/solder it to the light switch.

Put the switch back on the wall and screw it on, screw it hard.

Now turn the power back on by the fuse box

Thats it
DO NOT TOUCH THAT LIGHT SWITCH
ONLY TOUCH IT WHEN YOU TURN THE POWER OFF

WARNING:
THIS CAN KILL AND IT WILL HURT, ALOT
