Alright, first off, you need to get past that stupid mentality that says dipping the purse of a woman with kids is wrong. This is just buisness, nothing personal..so don't make it that way.

Moving on women with children are excelent marks because they are very distracted, and their attention can be further drawn away with the following scam, a little somthing I like to call Operation \"Set Mommy Up\".

Now take a moment an think about something...we've all seen those areas set aside at resturants, malls, parks, and even pools...the ones where women can set down and let their children play while they sit and talk amongst themselves.

Now if you've ever observed this set up, expecally at the mall, you can notice that given the chance it would take little or nothing to simply reach over the back of the bench or chairs and grab the purse. The problem is that there are usually so many woman sitting there that someone would see you...unless they were distracted.

Okay here is the scam, and it needs at least two people to pull it off, one person playing the distractor/lifter and the other being the set off. Once you have have your team together simply find a place where a bunch of mothers set down and watch their kids play and then get to work. Basically you send the first member up to where the mothers are and ask one of them loudly enough to draw the others' attention something about the time or for directions. While that is going on your other member goes to where the kids are and gets them either arguing or crying, then makes a quick fade (if you want you can actually hire another kid to do this but its your call). When the turmoil begins the mothers will rush over to see just what the hell is going on, leaving their purses momentarily vulnerable. Thats when the first person swoops back in, iether lifting the wallets or simply snatching all of the purses. The hows and whys are immaterial, those are just the basics.

GMT's METHOD
Okay find a nicely packed mall area and then begin the set up...have the first member appraoch where the mothers are and ask where the restrooms are, making sure to act natural and easy going. Having a shopping bag in this member's hand will add to the illusion and come into play latter on. WHile this is going on have your partner appraoch the kids and, depending on their sex, tell them that the mall has decided to give them a toy but only to the on that is strongest (boys) or prettiest (girls) and then step back and whatc as the chaos starts. A fight will break out, or at least a loud arguement, which will draw several if not all of the mothers over to stop it. When that happenes the first member, who never really left the area, swoops back in, scoops up the purses or wallets into the shopping bag, and then makes a quick fade.

Its a good team scam and has proven results.
