The problem with most long distance weapons is that they are big, like crossbows or longbows. I got this design off a toy, but i modified it, so now it shoots darts at high velocity, and it can fit in your pocket.


What you need:

A piece of wood that you can hold (for the handle)
Four rubber bands
A \’U\’ shaped nail

What you do:


Attatch the rubber bands to one end of the handle with the nail, like in the pic.

Thats it. You\’re done. For ammo, use a piece of wood with a wedge cut out of it. If you want, glue a nail or sumthin to the front.

To use this, hook the dart onto the rubber bands, pull back and release. Flick your wrist froward at the same time.

The dart flies out very fast, and can travel huge distances.

This is probably one of the simplest and cheapest weapons ever. Have fun.
