Heres what you do.
get some super glue and Go to the persons house. Look at the side or back of the house and you should see a power box. On the power box there is a on/off switch witch is a ciruit breaker that turns off/on all the power to the person house. Now go to the side of the house and find the switch and then turn it to the off position. Now take the super glue and pore a punch of it all around and in the switch.
If done correctly it should turn off all the power to the persons house and make it impossible to turn back on because the switch is Hard locked with super glue.
I did this to some kid that stole my ipod and he didnt have is power back on for a hole week (-: .
Ive done this to some kid that stole my ipod and he dident have his power on for 5 days. I definly got him back and he never found out it was me.
