If you can get the hood open on a car take the coil wire off of the distributor, (usually the wire in the middle or off to the side of the others. If it is Electronic ignition, pull a wire off of a spark plug) and cut or pull the boot of the wire completely off. Take the metal part sticking out of the end of the wire and place it on the battery positive + clamp on the battery, (Make sure it stays!) Shut the hood, giggle, and then run away. When your target cranks the engine in their car, (and they will for a while since it won’t start) The coil will pulse a secondary voltage of around 40,000 volts back to the 12 volt battery positive cable, the cable that powers EVERYTHING in the car. By the way, the newer the car is the better this works.
