9 Pencils
alot of Rubber Bands
a plastic spoon
Requirements
knife
Steps
1. Take 4 pencils and make a square base and tie them to gether with rubber bands
2. Make a thing like this and tie it together
3. Make another one of those^^
4. Tie all that together with the v shaped things pointed up
5. Take 1 pencil and connect the v shaped things together
6. Take your spoon and cut a hole in the bottom of it with your knife.
7. snap a rubberband and tie it to the hole in the spoon
8. snap another rubber band and tie it to the one tied to the spoon and then tie it to the square base
9. put a rubber band around a spoon and twist it till its tight then connect it to both points of the V shaped thing
10. It should look somewhat like this but this one i made is modded
