Materials:
1 x pen
1 x elastic
tape
playdoe
Procedure:
Take your pen completely apart. Put the ink part back in backwards (Il.1). Fill the cap that came out of the end with playdoe and stick the end w/out the ballpoint of the ink thing into the playdeo. Tape it together so it doesnt fallapart while the playdoe is drying (pic.1). Cut the elastic once and tape the center to the cap at the end of the ink. Pull the ends of the elastic down so theyre tight, but still have some give, and tape them to the sides of the pen tube (pic.2).
To fire put a bead or something in the end and pull back the ink think. Aim. Release.
