There is a federal mandate that instructs retailers on what to do when they get what they suspect to be counterfeit money. Knowing this can help you distribute counterfeit money.
Essentially, cashiers are to *accept* the cash, make a mental note of the person that provided it, and then call the FB.EYE or local law enforcement. There is a chance that you might run into an uninformed cashier that won\’t accept your cash thinking that they have done their part. But in reality, the FBI wants the cashier to accept the cash so that they (the FBI) can use that to followup with an investigation.
So what\’s this mean? It means that even if you suck at counterfeiting (meaning you are using a photo copier), you can still profit from it by passing on bad money to well known business that keep their employees informed on accepting the cash, (Target stores for example).
Just keep in mind that you will be recorded on video, you will be reported to the FBI, and a SAR (suspicious activity report) WILL be filed regarding your visit, so therefore you may want to make sure you have a great disguise before entering the store (or even the parking lot). But if you have the balls to do this, you can turn fake cash into real products and real cash in change. It\’s a confidence game, are you game enough?
