Nunchucks are very often under estimated. However they can be very useful for a beatdown/riot/self defense/assault. It is superior to a fixed baton due to ease of concealment and more efficient blows. My nunchucks were made from a wooden dowel and nylon clothesline string. A drill was used for the holes and a wood saw to cut the dowel.

The dowel is like $3 at home depot. Nylon Cord can be purchased there as well.

First, cut two 1 foot pieces off the dowel. The dowel I purchased was 4 feet long.


Then, pick an appropriated drill bit(slightly larger than the diameter of the nylon cord. First drill a hole about 1 inch deep at the top center of the dowel. Using the same drill bit drill a hole on the side of the dowel about halfway through. You’ll know when you blow through the hole and wood dust blows out the other hole.





The only annoying part is pulling the nylon cord through. It helps to use a paper clip bent into a hook shape. Tie the appropriate knots and you’re done!



These nunchucks do not use a metal chain. Nunchucks made of a metal chain are easier to make but more difficult to obtain the materials and more costly. These are 100% non-metallic which mean they can bypass metal detectors at school/airports/federal buildings. Just wear them in your back pocket and wear an oversized T-shirt. Also, if used in a violent crime the enite thing can be burned to ashes easily. If a weapon cannot be found you cannot be charged with armed assault/robbery.
