Nobody wants cancer. theres only a 62% survival rate, and thats if its caught early. And the treatments for cancer kill as many people as cancer itself. Scared yet? You #%!@ing should be. But if you live by these rules, your chances of getting cancer will be slim to none. Really? Here we mother#%!@in go!
1) Don't smoke. Especially cigarettes. Weed is an exception as all studies that have been conducted have shown that it is not linked to cancer in any way. If your going to smoke weed, smoke it in a GLASS pipe or bong with a GLASS screen. Metal gives off toxins that cause cancer when heated. Better yet, get yourself a vaporizor and vape your weed.... or learn to make weed butter and eat it in home made granola bars. Thats, if you're a fan of weed anyway. Avoid cigarettes at all costs. it only takes one.
2) Don't eat any processed or pink meat. Recent studies have shown that hot dogs are as carcenogenic as cigarrettes. Carcenogenics causes cancer. So, no hot dogs, bacon, balogna, etc.
3) Cover up in the sun. Not talkin sunscreen. i'm talkin, a hat to keep the sun off your face, long sleeve light shirts, and pants. If you are going to expose your skin to the sun at all, use sunscreen with the highest number rating thingy you can find. In the same category, stay away from tanning beds. They're proven to cause cancer. You don't need to look like snooki from Jersey Shore.
4) Go natural. Don't eat processed foods if you can avoid it. That means anything in a box or a wrapper. Preservatives are bad and the processed food just buids up metabolic waste which can cause joint pain, clogged arterys, in addition to increasing your likelyhood to catch cancer. Instead, eat fresh fruits and vegitables. Go to your local farmers market. Raw vegan is the healthiest diet on the planet as it creates an alkaline environment in your body and no disease can survive in an alkaline environment. Further more it detoxifies your body and it gets rid of the metabolic waste and the fat thats built up in your body. Further more, buy a juicer and make green juice. Don't know what green juice is? Use google mother#%!@er. Also look up the youtuber liferegenerator and LISTEN to that mother#%!@er. He hasn't been to a doctor in 13 years. heres a good place to start for juicing. Why do i emphasise the juicing? Because it will HEAL and ALKALIZE you. this is very important to stay disease free and to find true radiant health.
5) Don't use a microwave. It changes the molecular structure of your food while it makes that shit hot. If you are going to use a microwave, stand at least 3 feet back from that shit because microwaves can leak and #%!@ with YOUR molecular structure. If you want a great alternative for something compact, get a toaster oven. Sure it takes longer, but if you've got time to kill, why not spend it not #%!@ing yourself up?
6) Get as little xrays at the dentist and the doctors/hospital as possible unless its really nessessary. The judgement in that area is up to you, just keep in mind that that shit is radiation, pointed directy at YOU. I remember one time i got a cat scan (the equivilent of 130 xrays at once) on my head after a concussion, and while it was going on I could smell something burning. And it sure wasn't the machine doing the scanning. There are many exceptions to this rule so use your own discretion. If its needed its needed. If its not really nessessary, well try to reason it out. Trust the doctor and the dentist when you ask them, "is this really nessessary?"
Well this has been the guide to not getting cancer. Follow it and you'll live a nice long healthy life. Especially steps 1 2 3 and 4. They're easy to follow and you'll be better off.
