Don't eat anything over 400 calories
You don't get anything from drinks with caffeine your body wont accept them
Drink atleast 8 glasses (1 gallon) of water a day
Take a one-a-day vitamin
Lower your intake on sugar
Only eat about 2000 calories a day
Eat at least 3 times a day, going less with hurt you
avoid high amounts of salt like cambel soup
Foods that promote weight loss:
Chilli peppers, flaxseed, soy, fatty fish, green tea, tomatoes, salmos, milk, water, herring, nuts, whole fruits, mackerel, olive oil, whole grains, black cod, olives, yogurt, tuna.


Eat lean meats
Get a salad with a side of dressing and limit the dressing intake
You will be healthier if you eat a variety of fruits (ex. Color)
Sports drinks are actruly bad for you
Avoid foods with corn syrup and high amounts of sugar
watch the serving size of food


Its a lot harder to loose weight without cardiovascular exercise, work out every day.
Work out every other day for muscle gain
Do light weights with high reps for weight loss and heavy weights with low reps for muscle gain
