This i an improvised gun using match heads as the propellant and a metal object as the ammo. Lethal range:36 meters

MATERIALS
24 inches of 3/8" diameter pipe
end cap to fit pipe
matches
wood 28" X 4" X 1"
toy caps
string or strong tape
metal strap about 4" X 1/4" X 3/16"
2 rags 1" by 12" and 1" by 3"
screw
rubber bands
metal rod 16" in length (will be used as ramrod)
metal disk 1" in diameter
bolt 3/32" (2.5 cm) and nut to fit
saw or knife

PROCEDURE:
1) drill a small hole in the center of the end cap
2)cut stock from wood using saw or knife

3) cut 3/8" deep v grove in the top of the stock
4)screw the end cap onto the pipe until finger tight
5)attach pipe to stock with string or tape

6)bend metal strap into L shape and drill hole for screw notch metal strap 1 cm from bend
7)position metal strap on stock so that the top will hit the center of the hole in the end cap
8) attach metal disk to strap with nut and bolt be sure that the head of the bolt is in line with the hole in the end cap

9) attach strap to stock with screw

10) place screw on each side of the stock about 4 inches from the metal strap pass rubber bands through the notch in the strap ad attach bands to screws

LOADING AND FIRING
1) cut off the heads of 3 books of paper matches and pour them into the pipe
2) fold one end of the 1" by 12" rag 3 times so that it is now a 1" square place rag in pipe to cover the match heads push down with metal rod
3) place projectile in pipe (i recommend a marble)and push the other rag over the projectile with ramrod

4) tape 2 toy caps over the hole in the end cap (use light tape like scotch tape)

5) to fire the gun just pull back on the metal strap and release
