For this egg ot work all you need is a computer with AOL Instant Messanger, and your victims cell phone number.
Go to to AIM and click edit buddy list, type in +victims cell number there. They will sign on, and you can im them, and they recieve a text message on their phone. The thing is, on some phones plans that don\’t have unlimited text messaging, you have to pay for sent and recieved messages.
Now, all you have to do is open a box and keep typing in a bunch of shit, just to send a lot of messages, this can rack up a huge phone bill in a matter of minutes.
As a variation, you can make a fake screename so they dont know who it is.
