Open tons of windows so it fills up the screen. Leave a space for the icons. Also press Control-Alt-Delete. Press PrintScrn on the top of your keyboard. Then go to paint or any picture processing program, then press Control-V, and you have a picture off your desktop. Then save the picture and place as your background. It looks like your computer is frozen.
Extra: If you have an older version of windows, you might be able to minimize the bar that has start and shows the windows.
