have a neighbor that has a nice, new car but you arent too fond of that neighbor-hee hee hee. put a balloon over the muffler with a rubber band tightly over the baloon and when they try to crank it it will quickly fill up with air and explode. this can cause some damage to the car along with scaring the #*@! out of them! potatoes are old school~ good luck
