There’s tons of ways to vandalize your neighbors house, your school, but here’s one that is cheap for, really expensive for them.
All you need is sun screen.
This can only be done in winter, and when it is below freezing, even during the day, so like when it it snowing. Pick a part of the house that is painted, and squirt the sun screen all over the place, maybe even write some messages. No, it will freeze, and is super hard to get off. If they try and scrape it off with a putty knife, it will also take off the paint, and to repair it can cost a lot, depending on how much sun screen you use. You can also use it like glue, put it around their back door, if its at a house, or the windows too. You can also do this to cars, it will have pretty much the same effect.
