alrighty, the nollie f/s flip. To start get moving at a comfortable pace, oh btw MAKE SURE YOU CAN NOLLIE AT LEAST 1 FT, BE ABLE TO 180 AND DO A KICKFLIP. now that we have that out of the way, lets continue. After you are rolling along at a preferable speed in the nollie position (front foot on the nose of the board, back foot in the middle) with your back foot (which is in the middle) at a 45 degree angle for best flippage. Pop your nollie and do your kickflip. Catch the board and by then you should be at least halfway around our 180. Continue turning your body (which for me would be my left shoulder turning to my right, i ride goofy), i cant stress enough KEEP TURNING!!! YOU WONT GO MORE THAN A 180 ON FLATGROUND. I’ve tried this 2 or 3 times and came really close to it, but my shoes are destroyed, so it didnt work so well. I got the nollie f/s 180 but the kickflip didnt spin enough. if you are really daring, you can take this to a pyramid or down a stair case, have fun!!!
