Hello Rotten Eggs!
And welcome to Amanda’s first cooking egg! Today you will learn how to cook a quick batch of Peanut Butter Cookies, but we’re not stopping just there! Oh no, we’re going to add some chocolate spread and chocolate chips to the recipe, to make it more TASTY!
So, what you will need is:
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Chocolate Spread
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar (I added more... )
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 Bag Chocolate Chips (I only had half a bag haha.)
- And a Pinch of Salt!
Make sure you have all the ingredients before you start cooking, like so.
Step 1: Mix the peanut butter, chocolate spread and butter all together. It may be hard mixing it so I suggest a knife.
After all that Tiiirring stirring your recipe should look a little something like this.
Step 2: 1 Teaspoon vanilla
Nice.
Okay, so Step 3: 1 Egg.
Step 4: Yeah, now you’re recipe’s looking pretty shitty, but I will prove you wrong! Add the suga my friend.
Step 5: Now add the Brown Sugar.
Haha sweet! Now for the flour.
WTF no flour?!
This is a mistake you don’t want to make while cooking. Now I have to go to the COLD garage and get the BIG, HEAVY bag of flour..
So I did what I had to do, for the sake of the cookies..
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
Step 6: Pour that flour in!
Sweet.
Step 7: After you finish stirring, Add in your chocolate chips.
Step 8: This shit’s looking pretty good right now, take a bit into your hand to make sure it’s doughy enough.
#%!@, mine’s too raw.
Well whatever, if this happens to you, just go back to step 6, pour the flour in.
GAH! No flour?!
So I gotta go back now and get the flour.. AGAIN.
This time I’ll fill up the flour jar instead of the measuring cup.
It was a messy job but someone’s gotta do it.
Repeat step 6.
Now your cookies should be perefect.
Step 9: Place them on a pan, (I usually use a double pan to avoid burning) You can make them any shape and size, I made mine into letters.
Mmmm, now Step 10: Put them into a pre-heated oven of 350°, leave them there for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
Some of us may get a little impatient while waiting, especially on the munchies..
But after those long 20 minutes they should be ready to eat.
Step 11: This is the extra step.
... EAT THOSE MOTHER #%!@ERS!
Haha.. Special thanks to Bud all of the world and the special help of my picture cellphone. I wish some of you could of enjoyed these cookies with me, even Clegg, I’m sure he wishes he war here! Haha.
