To make them go away faster, put a spoon in the freezer until it's cold, or use an ice cube (spoon's less messy). Then press the back of the spoon against it and work the blood out. This is supposed to work if you rub in toothpaste too, but I haven't tried this personally. This works best for fresh ones.
If you guys are brave enough and in a hurry, do what girls do if you have a good eye-- buy cosmetics. Buy a cheap stick of concealer (looks like flesh-toned lipstick) and be sure to match your skin tone. If you're not sure, go a shade lighter to be safe. Rub some on until you cant see it, then blend it with your finger (if you're feeling REALLY girly, buy some pressed power and blend that on top of the concealer).
