The minimun amount of people you need is 2. You and your friend for example. Its really cool, you can black out for like 10-20 seconds, though most people only do it for like 5. The pictures I provided arnt of us really doing it, we just showed the steps how to do it.
Ok, the first step is to bend forward like in picture 1 and let your arms hang down. Breathe in and out in deep but quick breaths. Be sure not to pucker your lips as this reduces the amount of air you get, and you need as much as you can get for this to work. Keep your mouth a medium amount open to increase your airflow and TAKE DEEP BREATHES. Keep on taking breaths till you get really dizzy. The problem with giving you a set amount of breathes to take is that some people wont breathe right and then it wont be enough. So when the person breathes enough and gets really dizzy and feels lightheaded to the max, they need to signal their friend with the thumbs up signal while they are crouching so their buddy will be ready.
After the signal they need to cross their arms in an X across your chest, hold their breath, then stand up straight against a wall. REMEMBER TO HOLD YOUR BREATH THE WHOLE TIME OR IT WONT WORK.
After you are standing up with your arms crossed up your chest against the wall, your friend needs to push on their upper chest, one hand on one side of the sternum and the other hand on the other side. You can push with your palms, and you have to push really hard though, but dont like crush their chest. Put a reasonable amount of pressure on him. It helps if he has his eyes closed too.
Ok, so far, your friend should be standing up with his arms crossed on his chest against a wall, holding his breath, eyes closed, and you should be pushing on both sides of his sternum with your palms.
After a few seconds of this, like maybe 3-5, your friend should start to pass out and go limp, or will probably exhale and act really dizzy or messed up (In this case they either didnt hyperventalate enough or just stopped holding their breath too early). Now, supposing they passed out and went limp, you can either be a nice friend a guide them down in to some pillows you already put in front of him, OR you can be a mean friend and let them fall on whatever the hell happens to be in front of them. Either way they wont realise it untill they wake up.
In some cases they will totally freak out when they wake up and be like "What the hell was that, where am I?!" Some have dreams that seem like a few minutes long, and some are half-concious during the whole thing and just are like "damn... I feel wieeeeeeerd".
Personally I was more of the person that was half concious during the whole thing, but if you record yourself doing it then you will realise the other half of conciousness that wasnt there. One time I stood up, unconcious, for like 5 seconds before falling right on my hip on a tile floor and screaming in pain. Of course the only thing I remembered wa#*@!ting the floor and screaming, but the video reavealed to me that I actually had a 5 second delay. Now that may not seem like a lot, but it really freaks you out when you cant remember what happened to you a few minutes ago.
Most of my other friends have dreams when they do it. One thing Ive figured is if you do it, when you stand up to hold your breath, try to clear your mind. I think I was concentrating too hard on what was gonna happen so I didnt pass out all the way. All my friends say they have a clear mind and are relaxed. so try to clear your mind before you do it to get dreams and stuff.
This may have seemed a bit too in depth for something so simple, but a lot of my friends that did it right and dreamed while they were out said it was like taking some kind of crazy free drug, and then decided to have us do it to them like 5 more times before they got a headache so had they had to quit.
Its a pretty cool thing overall and a crazy trick at parties that is sure to get a few laughs out of everyone, especially if the passed out person hits something (try not to make it sharp or really hard, you wanna have fun, not kill them) and to some people it is like a weak addiction and they want to do it again and again and again and again. fortunatly I wasnt one of those people.
